WHAT WE DO & WHO WE ARE
gain. is the brain child of Katie Wetzel and Erin McDevitt - two trainers in Atlanta who realized that if this town is going to have a space for women to move their bodies, get really freaking strong, learn some life skills, find a little joy in the process, and make some life-long friends, well…we were going to have to just build it ourselves.
We offer a range of classes from teaching you the fundamentals of strength training, pushing you to your limits with strength and conditioning, bringing fluid movement and vibes through yoga and dance, and getting really specific with classes and workshops just for special populations: women over 50, prenatal, postpartum, and more.
OWNERS & HEAD COACHES
Katie and Erin have combined decades of experience as movers, teachers, and motivators. With backgrounds in strength training, yoga, dance, stunts, mobility, and meditation, we’re more than trainers: we’re your biggest cheerleaders.
