Small group personal training is a way to accelerate your progress, increase your accountability, and help you reach your goals faster.
This program might be for you if you:
Are comfortable navigating the equipment in the gym and following a program, but still want 1:1 attention and coaching.
Are committed to lifting at minimum twice a week, with specific goals.
Want more attention than a class setting, but at a price point that's more accessible than individual personal training.
Still enjoy the energy of the group, but want to move at your own pace.

PRICING:
Monthly recurring billing: $560/mo. for 3 months
All at once payment: $1,555 (saves $125)
WHAT’S INCLUDED
4 members to 1 coach, in a privately reserved time block
Individual programming custom to your goals, experience, and body
8 sessions per month, on a 3-month commitment (sessions do not roll over by month)
Initial 30-minute consultation
Monthly 15-minute individual coaching check-in
Open gym access
Terms:
3-month commitment
Reserve your appointment at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancel/no show results in a loss of credit. No additional charge or fee.
