Every month, gain. classes focus on key strength training elements designed to help women feel more comfortable in the gym. Focusing on STRENGTH, FORM, & FUNCTION, these programs are created and designed specifically for women. A group of bad ass women excited to get stronger.

CAPACITY: Spots are limited to 12 people. This means you’ll get a very hands-on experience when it comes to form, but you’ll still enjoy the energy of being in a group.

gain. foundations: The Foundations class is an inclusive strength training class welcoming beginners, injury-recovery warriors, and postpartum moms alike. Whether you're new to weightlifting or looking to get comfortable in the gym again, Foundations will help you learn the fundamentals of strength training.
gain. power: Power is our dynamic strength and conditioning class designed for athletes (current and retired!), women who want to challenge themselves, and high achievers seeking intense workouts. Push your limits with expert guidance, and harness your drive in a motivating environment geared towards achieving peak performance.

Parking is free on the street or $2 in the lot.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Each session will begin with a mobility & movement prep warm up. Then we’ll tackle the primary movement patterns of the day (think things like squats, deadlifts, push ups) followed by more unilateral and accessory work. We’ll end with a brief finisher and cool down. This is not a bootcamp-style class, it’s not CrossFit, it’s not OrangeTheory. Every month, the “theme” will grow so you get a full lifting curriculum, not just a random workout.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED? None. That’s the point! We’ll meet you where you are - this is for any woman who wants to explore, develop, or improve her strength.

Single drop-in: $45 (valid 1 month)
Monthly unlimited membership (recurring): $200/month
10-class package: $375 (valid 3 months)
