““I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m scared to go to the gym and hurt or embarrass myself.” Those are the exact thoughts I had when I found Katie and started training with her over a year ago. Now, I’m THRILLED with the results, confidence, and the community that gain. has given me. Katie and Erin are providing women with what they have been searching for in a gym and training program. The classes they offer through gain. are approachable, modifiable, and introduce you to the most supportive group of women I’ve ever met. You get the benefits of a personal trainer with an amazing community of new friends. Whether you’re scared to start working out in a gym, or you’re someone who’s been working out for 30+ years, Katie and Erin are hands down the best trainers for women in Atlanta.
