We have several key class types that are all methodically programmed in 12-week blocks, so you’re learning primary skills over the course of a quarter, with lots of variety sprinkled in for fun.
All-levels classes:
gain. foundations: the best place to start. This class can be as easy or challenging as you make it. Foundations prioritizes core strength, foundational movements, unilateral strength and coordination.
gain. for lunch: this is a great all-levels class that gives you an opportunity to practice a barbell compound exercise, then blasts you with a full-body circuit. It’s a high vibe workout that will break up your work day perfectly.
gain. stamina: this is a faster-paced class, but it is NOT your classic HIIT. We do circuits or pyramids that scale with your level of experience. Expect to get your heart rate up, and to leave feeling accomplished.
gain. flow: our free yoga class on Wednesday nights is a perfect nervous system reset. It’s groovy, it’s chill.
Intermediate/Advanced class:
gain. power: this class is designed for folks who are familiar with barbell, whether you arrive with experience, or you have been smashing foundations and feel ready for something more challenging. We practice max strength and power in this class, as well as athletic skills like plyometrics, anaerobic conditioning, and agility.

At the risk of sounding cliche, you almost need to experience it for yourself to know. There is absolutely NOTHING like training with a group of women. At gain., we know you personally by name - we learn how YOUR learn so we can coach you effectively, we know about your injuries, and our coaches are so hands on that they’ll offer specific recommendations to you based on your goals.
Our community is empowering - there is no cattiness, no judgement, no sense of toxic competition (maybe a littttttle friendly competition, though.)
It really is something special when we come together to lift and yap.

We recommend parking at the public parking deck across the street at Madison Yards/Publix. It’s free, and easy.

NO! That’s the whole point! If you’re brand new to training, we want to help give you the best information out there (our coaches really are top-tier) and hands-on assistance so that you can build confidence.
Brand new? Start with foundations!
