gain. Gratitude
We joined together on Thanksgiving Day 2025 to move and breathe before the chaos of the holidays at our second annual gain. Gratitude event.
At this very special event, we started with an warm up in gain., followed by an invigorating .25 mile jog/walk to get the blood flowing.
Members were challenged with a 35 minute giant strength circuit, which they executed with great ambition and attitudes!
We closed down the morning with a light flow and meditation to focus in on what we’re grateful for, and celebrating the energy we created as a community.
We can’t wait to do it again next year!
Happy Hour @ Halfway Crooks
November 16, 2025
We had a lovely little happy hour on Sunday, November 16 at Halfway Crooks in Summerhill. The weather was perfect, the vibes were high, and the giggles were giggling. Meeting up outside of the gym is such a treat, because we have SO many incredible members, and it’s always a shock when we realize the morning crew and evening crews don’t even know each other! Building our network and community is so important to us, and we are so grateful every time ya’ll come out to make a new connection.
Chomp & Stomp 2025
November 8, 2025
We sponsored our first big event: Cabbagetown Chomp & Stomp! Our team came out sporting gain. Jerseys. We got a chance to see some of our strong members in the wild, connect with people in the neighborhood, and raffle off free classes. We don’t want to brag too hard, but even without chili, we think our tent was pretty spicy!
Hip Hinge 101
November 9, 2025
Led by Coach Henley Cook, this sold-out workshop was a hands on experience for an intimate group of 4. 2nd Annual Halloween Olympics (2025)
October 25, 2025
We hosted another banger of a party with Jolene Jolene at the second annual Halloween Olympics. This year, we took over Pullman Yards. Our competitors were fierce, and they brought the heat at our three Olympic events: Spooky Obstacle Course, Bewitched Broom Race, and Tricky Pumpkin Toss. We had raffles from some amazing sponsors, and a costume contest.
Unfiltered: Perimenopause & Menopause

31-day community movement challenge
January, 2025
We kickstarted the new year with health and strength in mind! The goal was simple: move more in 2025.
This challenge was free, centered on building a community of female movers.
What we did:
Move: participate in any 30 minutes of movement every day: biking, swimming, jogging, weight lifting, dancing, yoga martial arts, sports, etc.
Check in: repost our daily movement story, then share a photo or video of your movement daily - either to your social media (tagging @gain.atl) or to the WhatsApp community thread.
Encourage: comment on and share your friends’ check ins, send hoo-rays, hugs, and let ‘em know you see them!
gain. gratitude
November 28, 2024
gain. led a Thanksgiving Day workout at Union Fit Hub, inspired by the structure of a triathlon, but with much more chill and a lot of vibes.
We kicked off the workout with a warm up and mile jog that every participant crushed with enthusiasm.
Coaches Katie & Erin then led the team through 40 minutes of strength training.
The event ended with 15 minutes of restorative yoga and a loving-kindness meditation.
With a live DJ driving the tunes, this event was such a hit - great vibes, and even better company.
Halloween Olympics
October 26, 2024
gain. and Jolene Jolene hosted the first annual Halloween Olympics at Grant Park in Atlanta.
Inspired by your childhood field day, our communities came together to compete in a spooky obstacle course, sack race, and squishy eyeball egg toss. We had some incredible sponsors who came out to support, donated raffle prizes, and shared their fitness-forward brands with attendees.
gain. community
March 2, 2024
gain.’s first outdoor bootcamp event in Grant Park launched with gain. community
We met up for a full-body bootcamp, but the real goal was to get the gain. community together to meet, cheer each other on, and prove that fitness is for any body - any age, any time.
Despite the dreary weather, our first event was a huge success!
