Whether you’re brand new to strength training or working to take your lifting to the next level, our classes will help push you forward on your fitness journey. Our variety of classes and expert coaches exist to support you wherever you are.

Every month, gain. classes focus on key strength training elements designed to help you feel more confident in the gym. With intentional programming, you’ll improve:

  • STRENGTH: On average, our members increase their overall weight lifted by 48.9% over the course of 12 weeks.

  • FORM: Our coaches break down form, help you find what works for you, and provide modifications to meet you where you are.

  • FUNCTION: Not just the how, but the why - our programs will help you live your life more fully, with the independence and freedom you crave.

UNLIMITED: $300/month

10-CLASS PACKAGE: $350

    Build Strength, Gain Confidence: The Foundations class is an inclusive strength training class welcoming beginners, injury-recovery warriors, and postpartum moms alike. Whether you're new to weightlifting or looking to get comfortable in the gym again, Foundations will help you discover the fundamentals in a supportive environment designed to build confidence and strength at your own pace.

  • (intermediate to advanced)

    Elevate Your Fitness, Unleash Your Potential: Power is our dynamic strength and conditioning class designed for athletes (current and retired!), women who want to challenge themselves, and high achievers seeking intense workouts. Push your limits with expert guidance, and harness your drive in a motivating environment geared towards achieving peak performance.

    Circuit-style functional training in an abbreviated time block, perfect for your afternoon lunch break.

  • (all levels)

    For the early birds, our 5:30am class gets you in and out with a warm up, a primary compound lift to build skill and strength on, and a full body circuit to leave you feeling ready to start the day.

    Breathe, recover, restore: Experience Flow, our guided movement class, blending yoga, mobility, and fluid sequences. Perfect for those seeking to complement their lifting routine with holistic movement practices, discover new avenues to enhance flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.

    Power Hour: Join Stamina, our high-intensity conditioning class designed for women. Energize your body and mind with a dynamic workout that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to conquer anything.

    Kickstart Your Strength: Amp up your fitness journey with Grit, our boxing and athletic conditioning class tailored for women. Learn and master powerful techniques while boosting your stamina and agility, all in a supportive and encouraging environment.

 About gain. classes

  • CAPACITY: Spots are limited to 10 people. This means you’ll get a very hands-on experience when it comes to form, modifications and even custom coaching based on your goals and body, but you’ll still enjoy the energy of being in a group.​

  • We are located at 872 Memorial DR SE suite 1000, right by Muchacho off the beltline.

    Parking is available in the Publix public parking deck, or street parking on the neighboring streets. When Habitat for Humanity Restore is open, you’re also welcome to park there (at your own risk.)

  • WHAT TO EXPECT: Each session will begin with a mobility & movement prep warm up. Then we’ll tackle the effort of the day - compound lifts in foundations & power (like deadlifts, squats, pressing, and pulling) or muscular endurance in stamina. This is not a bootcamp-style class, it’s not CrossFit, it’s not OrangeTheory. Every month, the “theme” will grow so you get a full lifting curriculum, not just a random workout.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED? None. That’s the point! We’ll meet you where you are - this is for any woman who wants to explore, develop, or improve her strength.

  • PRICING:

    • Single drop-in: $45 (valid 1 month)

    • Monthly unlimited membership (recurring): $300/month. Includes unlimited classes, access to open gym during non-class times, and 50% off workshops.

    • 5-class package: $150 (valid 1 month)

    • 10-class package: $350 (valid 3 months)

  • gain. charges a no-show/late cancel fee of $15. A late cancel is considered a cancellation within 4 hours before the start time of class, or no-showing a class.

    Late arrival policy: (effective June 1, 2026) members who arrive 10 or more minutes after the posted class start time will not be permitted to participate. Late arrivals will be charged a $15 no-show fee. However, credits will be returned to member accounts.
