Group Fitness

We specialize in group fitness classes for women. We offer class types that range from: designed especially for beginners and people brand new to strength training and movement, to strength and conditioning classes that are going to push your limits. We even have specialty classes for mobility, yoga, dance, women in menopause, prenatal, and postpartum.

Class types

  • Foundations of strength training, perfect for all levels and those new to strength training.

  • Taking your training to the next level. This class includes more athletic styles of strength and conditioning training.

  • High intensity conditioning power hour. You’re gonna feel great.

  • Circuit-style functional training in an abbreviated time block, perfect for your afternoon lunch break.
