Group Fitness
We specialize in group fitness classes for women. We offer class types that range from: designed especially for beginners and people brand new to strength training and movement, to strength and conditioning classes that are going to push your limits. We even have specialty classes for mobility, yoga, dance, women in menopause, prenatal, and postpartum.

Foundations of strength training, perfect for all levels and those new to strength training.

High intensity conditioning power hour. You’re gonna feel great.

Circuit-style functional training in an abbreviated time block, perfect for your afternoon lunch break.

All-levels class intended to build muscle endurance and break a sweat. In this 45 minute full-body workout, you’ll move through strength based exercises in 60-second intervals. This isn’t your traditional HIIT style workout, but it will feel like a good burn!

Included with all memberships and packages, this class type (previously called “flow”) is focused on recovery and restoration. Incorporating yoga, mobility, and restorative stretching, this evening class will perfectly complement your heavy lifting to help you recovery physically and energetically.
