About Sarah:
Sarah Carlson is an associate professor of educational psychology and yoga/meditation teacher. She studies human learning through examining the cognitive processes and memory of learning to help people develop better learning strategies. This work has also spilled into her practices and teaching of mindfulness. Through developing more focused attention on the sensations of body and breath (via yoga, meditation, breathwork), she has found we can heal old wounds and live more mindful and present lives.
